The health management sub-district has different performance in each place. It cannot explain the factors or the components of the health management. The objectives of this research were to survey an indicator, exploratory factor analysis and verify a confirmation of the model with the evident data of health management sub-district of Thailand. The research methodology was a cross-sectional descriptive study design; and the samples were 676 persons in the network of health management sub-districts that had self-evaluation at good level or above. They were selected by multi-stage random sampling. The tool of this research was a health management sub-district questionnaire. Statistics used in the analysis consisted of frequency, percentage, the mean and standard deviations, factors interception, factor analysis based on surveying and factors analysis base on software confirmation. It was found that the factors of health management sub-district of Thailand consisted of 4 components: network, participation, relationship and benefit of health management with the factor loading between 0.48 to 0.90. Those 4 factors described variation at 31.64%. The verification of conformation of evident data found that the Chi-square test proportion value ( c2/df) was 1.34, the root mean square error of approximation (Root Mean Square error of Approximation: RMSEA) was 0.022, the comparative fit index (comparative fit index: CFI) was 1.00, the goodness of fit index (goodness of fit index: GFI) was 0.91, the adjust goodness of fit index (adjusted goodness of fit: AGFI) was 0.89. and the standardized root mean square residual (standard rood mean square residual: SRMR) was 0.05. The results demonstrates that the health management sub-district model of thailand was consistent with the evident data.
