การรักษาโรคกระดูกคอเสื่อมด้วยการฝังเข็มและการนวดทุยหนา

โรคกระดูกคอเสื่อม (cervical spondylosis) เกิดจากความเสื่อมสภาพของหมอนรองกระดูกและข้อต่อบริเวณ กระดูกสันหลังส่วนคอ เป็นโรคที่พบบ่อยในกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุ และเนื่องจากเป็นความผิดปกติที่กระดูกและข้อต่อ จึงยัง ไม่มีการรักษาใดที่สามารถรักษาให้หายขาด การรักษาโดยทั่วไปเป็นการรักษาตามอาการ โดยการรับประทานยาแก้ ปวด และการฉีดสเตียรอยด์ หรือแม้กระทั่งการผ่าตัด งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ เพื่อ รวบรวมความรู้เรื่องผลการรักษาโรคกระดูกคอเสื่อมด้วยการฝังเข็มและการนวดทุยหนา โดยดำเนินการสืบค้นงาน วิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องจากฐานข้อมูลต่างๆ ได้แก่ CNKI, google scholar, PubMed, science direct ทำการรวบรวมงานวิจัย ที่ตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ทางวารสารทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2550-2560 โดยกำหนดคำสำคัญ (key words) ในการสืบค้นเป็นภาษาไทย ภาษาจีนและภาษาอังกฤษ ได้แก่ cervical spondylosis, acupuncture, Tuina, chinese medicine โรคกระดูกคอเสื่อม ฝังเข็มและนวดทุยหนา ผลการสืบค้นพบว่า มีงานวิจัยที่ผ่านเกณฑ์การคัดเข้า ทั้งหมด 17 เรื่อง และทั้งหมดเป็นงานวิจัยเชิงทดลองแบบสุ่มและมีกลุ่มควบคุม (RCT) โดยแบ่งได้เป็น 3 วิธีการรักษา คือ การรักษาโรคกระดูกคอเสื่อมด้วยการฝังเข็ม 6 เรื่อง การรักษาโรคกระดูกคอเสื่อมด้วยการนวดทุยหนา 5 เรื่อง การ รักษาโรคกระดูกคอเสื่อมด้วยการฝังเข็มร่วมกับนวดทุยหนา 6 เรื่อง ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่เป็นงานวิจัยจากประเทศจีนตีพิมพ์ เผยแพร่ในวารสารวิชาการฐานข้อมูล CNKI ใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาในการอธิบายผลของการรักษาด้วยการฝังเข็ม และการนวดทุยหนา ซึ่งพบว่า ผู้ป่ วยโรคกระดูกคอเสื่อมมีระดับความปวดลดลง มีองศาการเคลื่อนไหวของคอเพิ่ม ขึ้นทุกทิศทาง มีคุณภาพชีวิตเพิ่มขึ้น และมีผลการตรวจทางห้องปฏิบัติการค่าบ่งชี้การไหลเวียนเลือดดีขึ้น ดังนั้น การรักษาโรคกระดูกคอเสื่อมด้วยการฝังเข็มและการนวดทุยหนา เป็นวิธีการรักษาอีกทางเลือกหนึ่งสำหรับผู้ป่วยกลุ่มนี้ อีกทั้งยังเป็นการเผยแพร่แนวทางการรักษาโรคกระดูกคอเสื่อมด้วยแพทย์ทางเลือกในประเทศไทย และนำไปสู่การ พัฒนาวิธีการรักษาโรคกระดูกคอเสื่อมที่มีความปลอดภัยและยั่งยืนต่อไป
