Effect of Preparatory Pre-Operative Coronary Angiography with Chiangkham One Stop Service - Two Days Care Program on the Knowledge, Anxiety, Satisfaction and Cost of Service in Valvular Heart Disease Patient Undergoing the Anticoagulant Drug - ผลของรูปแบบเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนฉีดสีสวน หลอดเลือดหัวใจเชียงคํา One Stop Service - Two Days Care ต่อความรู้ ความวิตกกังวล ความพึงพอใจในบริการ และค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาของผู้ป่วยโรคลิ นหัวใจ ที รับประทานยาต้านการแข็งตัวของเลือด

บทคัดย่อ

           This quasi-experimental study the effects of preparatory pre-operative coronary angiography (pre op CAG) with Chiangkham one stop service - two days care program on mean score of the knowledge, anxiety, satisfaction and cost of caring in valvular heart disease patients undergoing the anticoagulant drug at outpatient noninvasive heart department, Chiangkham hospital in Phayao province during October 2014 to March 2016. A total of 60 patients were enrolled in this study, were devided into 2 groups: experimen tal group and control group, each group had 30 patients. Research tools were the questionnaires about knowledge, the satisfaction, the anxiety interview and pre-CAG program, that developed based on the self-efficacy theory of Bandura. Stastistics used in data analysis were percentile, mean, standard deviation
and independent t-test. Results revealed that the mean score of knowledge the satisfaction questionnaire in the experimental group received the pre-coronary angiography were statistically significantly higher than the patients in the control group received the normal care system, were statistically significant (p<0.01 and <0.05). The mean score of anxiety and cost of service in the experimental group were statistically lower than the patients in the control group (p<0.05 and <0.01). This program could improve knowledge, satisfaction then decreased anxiety and cost of service.
