A questionnaire was designed to collect personal data, health knowledge and health behaviors related to eating, exercise and stress reduction. The overall results revealed that health personnel had good health status, high health knowledge and health behaviors, particularly their exercise and eating habits. However, those aging below 35 had higher risks of NCDs while personnel aged 35 or over were found to have high to very high body mass index (BMI), high blood cholesterol and triglyceride.
