SUCCESS FACTORS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF HEALTH ESTABLISHMENT STANDARDS NONG PRAJAK MASSAGE GROUP, UDON THANI PROVINCE

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: (1.) to study the success factors in the development of health establishment standard Nong Prajak Massage Group Udon Thani Province. (2.) Recommendations for the development of health establishment standard Nong Prajak Massage Group Udon Thani Province. The research methodology of this study was qualitative. The samples compose 11 people health establishment Nong Prajak Massage Group Udon Thani Province by interview form was used for data collection. Then qualitative data were analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results showed that

(1.) the interviewees Most of them were female 86.36%, aged between 41 and 50 years the most 35.45 percent, the most high school 33.64 percent.The respondents emphasized the success factor in the development of health establishment standard Nong Prajak Massage Group Udon Thani Province, all 7 factors of McKincey 7S Framework.By sorting the average score from highest to lowest, it was found that the System = 5, Structure = 4.91, Staff = 4.91, Skill = 4.82, Strategy = 4.73, Style = 4.73, Share value = 4.73 (2.) Recommendations 1. Health establishment Coordinate with Udon Thani Municipality about problems such as operating water systems This will result in the water system in operation and creating a wash basin is more convenient 2. Encourage employees to have training or talk about information on the development of health establishment to reduce conflict 3. Incentives for employees for the development of health establishment.
