Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the Effectiveness of Online Learning Subjects and synthesize success factors, problems, obstacles and lessons learned of online learning of the College of Health Administrators, Ministry of Public Health. The research used convenience random sampling through group interview of 9 participants as key informants including executives, instructors, people in charge of the project managers, human resource development authority, technology officer, representatives of media production and service companies that support platform, and learners. Data were collectrd with an interview form and analyzed with content analysis technique. The main findings showed that the synthesized lessons learned of online learning using to develop elements of online learning were divided into 4 areas: content of the lesson. Learning management system, communication, and learning evaluation. The Colleges of Health Administrators and other organizations responsible for administrator development programs can use these lessons learned to develop online learning to enhance the learners.
