A Development of Strategic Implementation Model on District Health System Network, Roi Et Province

This study were conducted to: develop the model and evaluate effectiveness of implementation of strategy to primary health network in Roi-Et. The target group were the strategic and strategic planner of each hospital, hospital and district health office. During the study period, 40 patients were in operation from October 2017 to September 2018. The data were collected using the Health Data Center (HDC) database and database for tracking public health indicators in Roi-Et province, ONLINE. Data were analyzed using frequencies and percentages.
The study revealed the following results; 1) Principles, objectives, processes and supporting and supporting factors were strategic implementation model district health system network, 4 process stages (PDMI model) included:(1) planning, (2) strategy implementation (3) control, monitoring and evaluation, and (4) improvement and reflect the format, feasibility and the usability of the model were highest (M = 4.68, SD = 0.64). 2) A total of results of a year evaluation showed that success of strategic management at level of 4 and 5 was 85.29%, people excellent and governance excellent with a 5-point scales were 100.00%, service excellent was 62.50% and health promotion, protection and consumer protection 60.00%, respectively, but there were noteworthy that, level score 1 was the rate of death from road traffic injury, level 2 was 0-5 years old, smart kids and new diabetic patients.
