Abstract

Development of a health service system (Service plan) is a policy of the Ministry of Public Health. It is focused on developing all stages of comprehensive and continuous service. Creating a coherent network is important to developing. This research is a developmental research. Pilot study was developed to develop a computer program for communicating systematic management in the development of care for chronic wounds. Under the concept of program development (The Six Steps in the Program Development Life Cycle) (Dennis Ritchie, 1972) Data analysis is divided into two parts.Part 1: Personal data of the sample: Health team analyzed data by using descriptive statistics, frequency distribution and The percentage of collected data was obtained. Part 2: Data obtained from questionnaire survey, ability to use web page, wound care system, Lamphun hospital network. Bring information Content analysis by explaining the suggestions from the web page of chronic wound care system network Lamphun Hospital. Comparison of mean scores on satisfaction with using questionnaires in both rounds using Paired Sample T-test
