Study design:   This research is intervention design. The population studied was patients with retinal disease receiving Avastin injection into the Vitreous in Ophthalmology Otolaryngology Ward, Phrae Hospital. The study was conducted between Sep- tember 2020 to February 2021. A total of 88 patients were divided into 2 groups: 44 who received standard care and 44who received guideline care. The results were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and comparative analysis with Chi-square and Independent t-test

Results:            Patients using the Clinical Practice Guidelines group had significantly associated with a score of pain from the intravitreal injection of Avastin (p-value=<0.001). The nursing satisfaction scores in all 4 areas were statistically had significant with using the clinical practice guidelines (p-value=<0.001).
