There were 48.7 and 32.3 per 100.000 population who had died caused by cardiovascular disease and stroke illustrating as top five of death of Thai people in 2016.

Results: The results showed that most participants were females 64.5 % and males 35.5%, aged 25-88 years old and having the average age of 57.54 years old. They had the average low-density lipoprotein before and after (6 months) attending the intervention were 131.36 mg/dl and 128.42 mg/dl respectively. When comparing the average low-density lipoprotein before and after intervention, it was found that the average low-density lipoprotein after intervention was lower than before intervention significantly (p-value = 0.043).
