The instrument in this research was general information questionnaire and factors affecting to achievement in NL II, Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, standard deviation, exact probability test, Gaussian regression, One-Way ANOVA, Bonferroni test, and Pearson’s Correlation.

Results:  The achievement in NL II of medical students in NT program, medical students in Phrae hospital medical education center (MEC) had the highest mean scores 177.7 scores, while in Phichit hospital MEC had the lowest 168.6 scores. Passing rates were 100% in Somdejphraksinmaharaj hospital MEC, the lowest 71.4% in Phrae hospital MEC, and no significant (p=0.182).
