Abstract

This study to assess the potential of village health volunteers’ potential in being a role model of modifying sub-district health behavior concerning the management of life quality in Sakon Nakhon province, the fiscal year 2020. The samples were village health volunteers in the quality of life management sub-district. Sakon Nakhon province, 400 people. Data were collected by the Village Health Volunteer Potential Assessment Form. The data were analyzed by statistical frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the study found that Most of the public health volunteers were female 77.25%, male 22.75%, mean age 50.53 years, marital status 83.0%, mostly engaged in agriculture, 76.25%, upper secondary education 38.75%, average annual income 42,842.86 baht. Households were responsible for an average of 11.96 households per person. In the past 6 months, 61.75% had developed potential for health behavior change and received training on knowledge transfer. 92.75% had experience in transferring knowledge. Knowledge 92.75% Initial health assessment with an average body weight of 62.89 kg, with an average BMI of 25.34 km/m2, most of them were obese, 37.00%, average waist circumference 32.29 inches, most were abnormal, 61.00%, blood pressure was slightly high, 71.75% sugar level In the normal range, 71.00% received information about health 99.00% and received knowledge on consumer protection for health in the subject of 3 Or 2 Sor 97.75% from information sources, meetings, training or Seminars 77.50% had knowledge of management and modeling for health behavior change. Overall, 66.25% had an opinion on management and being a model for health behavior change. Overall, it was at a moderate level, 50.25% had implemented a model for health behavior change. Overall, 89.75% were active in health management leadership. The overall picture is at a high level of 80.25%.
