ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน

โรคจิตเภทเป็นโรคทางจิตที่พบได้บ่อย มีความผิดปกติด้านความคิด อารมณ์ การรับรู้ และพฤติกรรม ดังนั้นผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภทจึงมีสำคัญอย่างมาก เนื่องจากต้องเผชิญกับภาระทั้งทางกาย อารมณ์ และเศรษฐกิจ ซึ่งอาจส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแล การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทํานายนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตและปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชนหนึ่ง จังหวัfอุบลราชธานี จำนวน 110 คน จากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามในช่วงเดือนตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2566 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทส่วนใหญ่มีคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 69.1 (Mean= 85.71, SD= 16.38) ปัจจัยที่สามารถทํานายคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ คือ ภาระในการดูแลผู้ป่วย (β = -0.302, p < .001) และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม (β = 0.276, p < .05) โดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ได้ร้อยละ 19.3 (R2 = 0.193, F(2, 107) = 12.79, p < .05) สรุป ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทส่วนใหญ่มีคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เพื่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยเจตเภทควรได้รับการสนับสนุนทางสังคมเพิ่มขึ้น และลดภาระในการดูแลผู้ป่วย เพื่อคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีของผู้ดูแลต่อไปในอนาคต
