Implementation of Human Capital Management for Sustainable Competitive Advantage-การบริหารทุนมนุษย์เพื่อสร้างความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขันอย่างยั่งยืน
Abstract
Nowadays, human capital management in an organization is a very important issue. This article was aimed to propose the sequential steps of human capital management. It starts from the leading of the highest strategic value of human capital to the organization. The value can be increased by adding of a unique knowledge and skill to such human capital. The organization have to create the working environment to support human capital development by increasing of human capital value together with the intellectual and complementary capitals. Finally, the organization have to maintain the human capital as long as possible for a sustainable competitive advantage.
