The objective of this study was to analyze the confirmatory factors of health literacy of under-graduate students and to test the consistency of the measurement model with the empirical data. The samples were 1,500 undergraduate students of the academic year 2016 in 9 universities under Higher Education Commission, randomly selected by three stage random sampling. A set of questionnaire was used to collect data on their perception of health literacy. Content validity of the questionnaire with the IOC=0.60-1.00 and the reliability of 0.836 and test the consistency of the measurement model and confirmatory factor analysis. There were altogether 1,290 respondents; and the results revealed the con-sistency with the empirical data (χ² =7.37, df=4, p=0.11, GFI=1.00, AGFI=0.99, CFI=1.00, RMSEA=0.01, SRMR=0.02) with standardized factor loading between 0.31-0.87. All the factors were statistically significant at 0.01 and the construct reliability was situated between 0.10 - 0.75. The study proved that the measurement model could explain health literacy; and the standardized factors loading of health literacy in descending order were as follows: Media Literacy, Assessment, Decision Making, Uti-lization, Access, Communication, and Cognitive.
