The study samples were 35 registered nurses who were responsible for providing home care services to the patients. The Bureau of Nursing’s quality assessment tool was used to evaluate the study results. It was found that the program was able to achieve 100.00% coverage of comprehensive home-nursing care for bedridden patients; and high level of satisfacion was observed in 97.14% of recipients and 94.29% of providers. Improved self care was identified in 97.20% of the patients; and the percentage of those who had complications was low (2.86%). All hospital transfers were timely (100.00%).
