กลยุทธ์การลดพฤติกรรมเนือยนิ่งของพนักงานออฟฟิศที่ทำงานแบบผสมผสานหรือทำงานทางไกล: กลยุทธ์สู่การนำไปใช้

การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด 19 ส่งผลให้วิถีชีวิตของผู้คนในสังคมเปลี่ยนแปลงไป โดยเฉพาะรูปแบบการทำงาน แบบดั้งเดิมที่เปลี่ยนไปสู่การทำงานแบบผสมผสานและการทำงานทางไกลมากขึ้น ซึ่งส่งผลให้พนักงานออฟฟิ ศมี พฤติกรรมเนือยนิ่งในชีวิตประจำวันเพิ่มขึ้นตามไปด้วย บทความนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสนอแนวทางในการลด พฤติกรรมเนือยนิ่งสำหรับพนักงานออฟฟิ ศทีทำงานแบบผสมผสานหรือทำงานทางไกล โดยแนวทางการลดพฤติกรรม เนือยนิ่งในพนักงานออฟฟิ ศที่ทำงานแบบผสมผสานหรือการทำงานทางไกลในปัจจุบันจะมุ่งเน้นไปที่โปรแกรมการ ลดพฤติกรรมเนือยนิ่งที่ใช้ระบบเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ตและเทคโนโลยีเป็นตัวกลางในการดำเนินกิจกรรมต่างๆ ทั้งใน การเปลี่ยนแปลงระดับองค์กรและระดับตัวบุคคล โดยระดับองค์กรจะมุ่งไปที่การสนับสนุนสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ การให้รางวัล และการมีบุคคลต้นแบบเพื่อสร้างพฤติกรรมและวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่มุ่งลดพฤติกรรมเนือยนิ่งและใน ระดับบุคคลจะมุ่งเน้นการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมของตนเอง โดยแนวทางที่นำเสนอจะช่วยให้พนักงานออฟฟิ ศ หน่วยงาน องค์กร นักวิจัย หรือผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องสามารถนำไปใช้หรือพัฒนาปรับปรุงโปรแกรมให้เข้ากับการพัฒนาของ เทคโนโลยี บริบทของสังคม วัฒนธรรม และสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมถึงวิถีชีวิตของแต่ละบุคคลและหน่วยงาน เพื่อการลด พฤติกรรมเนือยนิ่งให้กับพนักงานออฟฟิ ศได้ต่อไป
