Development of Dental Information for Hospitals in Kalasin Province - การพัฒนาข้อมูลสารสนเทศด้านทันตกรรมของ โรงพยาบาลในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์

บทคัดย่อ

          This study was aimed to developed dental information in 14 hospitals, Kalasin Province, between December 2012 to September 2013 by participating comment, brainstorming and developing among dentists and IT officers from every hospitals. This study had 3 phases; Preparation, Implementation and Evaluation. The results were founded that every hospitals could be used dental procedures ICD-10-TM replace ICD-9-CM, as a result, dental procedures had more details, more response for needs of dental officers. It had dental reports from program that designed by dentists in Kalasin, as a result, they could reported information rapidly and presently, could reduced load of dental officers to report. In addition to, it had feedback information to dental officers for auditing and improvement. The success factors of this development were (1) Participation throughout the processes of dentists and IT officers from every hospitals in Kalasin (2) IT officers in area that had computer knowledge, could analyzed data and programming
by themselves (3) The monitoring for closely instructions to officers.
