คุณภาพชีวิตและความสุขของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอภูซาง จังหวัดพะเยา

คุณภาพชีวิตและความสุขมีความสำคัญต่อการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน การวิจัยเชิงสหสัมพันธ์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตและความสุขของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอภูซาง จังหวัดพะเยา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน จำนวน 274 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินคุณภาพชีวิตและความสุข วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติอนุมาน ได้แก่ การทดสอบค่าที (t-test independent) และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน มีคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับที่ดี (Mean = 97.69, SD = 10.41, 95%CI = 96.46 -98.93) และมีความสุขเท่ากับคนทั่วไป (Mean = 30.95, SD = 5.24, 95%CI = 30.33 -31.58) จากการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างค่าเฉลี่ยของคุณภาพชีวิต พบว่า ระดับการศึกษาและการมีโรคประจำตัวต่างกันส่งผลต่อการมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และคุณภาพชีวิตมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความสุขของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ดังนั้น ควรมีการพัฒนาและสร้างเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตร่วมกับความสุข เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพต่อการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน
