บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาภาวะสุขภาพบุคลากรของศูนย์การแพทย์กาญจนาภิเษก
สถานที่ศึกษา : ศูนย์ตรวจสุขภาพศูนย์การแพทย์กาญจนาภิเษก มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล
รูปแบบการวิจัย : การวิจัยแบบพรรณนา
กลุ่มตัวอย่าง : บุคลากรจำนวน 681 คนจากทุกหน่วยงาน
วิธีการศึกษา : เก็บข้อมูลประกอบด้วยส่วนที่1) ข้อมูลทั่วไปได้แก่เพศ อายุ หน่วยงาน ส่วนที่ 2) ผลการตรวจร่างกายได้แก่ดัชนีมวลกายความดันโลหิต และส่วนที่ 3)ผลการตรวจเลือดได้แก่ระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดระดับไขมันในเลือดหน้าที่ตับและหน้าที่ไต โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากฐานข้อมูลโรงพยาบาลนำมาวิเคราะห์หาค่าความถี่และร้อยละ
ผลการศึกษา : มีบุคลากรมาตรวจร่างกายทั้งสิ้น 681 คนเป็นเพศหญิงร้อยละ 78.3 กลุ่มอายุเข้าร่วมมากที่สุดคือ 31-40 ปีคิดเป็นร้อยละ 44.3 ดัชนีมวลกายอยู่ในเกณฑ์ปกติร้อยละ 50.8 ความดันโลหิตปกติร้อยละ 98.5 ระดับน้ำตาลในเลือด Normal fasting ร้อยละ 92.3 ระดับ Cholesterol ในเลือดปกติร้อยละ 59.6 ระดับ Triglycerideในเลือดปกติร้อยละ 88.84 ระดับ SGOT ในเลือดปกติร้อยละ 97.7 ระดับ SGPT ปกติร้อยละ 92.3 ระดับ BUN ในเลือดปกติร้อยละ 98.6 และระดับ Creatinine ในเลือดปกติร้อยละ 98.9
วิจารณ์และสรุป : ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างบุคลากรศูนย์การแพทย์กาญจนาภิเษกมีค่าดัชนีมวลกายกว่าครึ่งมีผลที่ผิดปกติดัชนีมวลกายต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 11.6 และเกินเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 37.4 ความดันโลหิตส่วนใหญ่ปกติและผลการตรวจเลือดส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในเกณฑ์ปกติยกเว้นระดับ Cholesterol ที่ผิดปกติถึงร้อยละ 40.0

Abstract
Objective : To study health conditions of personnel of Golden Jubilee Medical Center.
Setting : Check Up Center, Golden Jubilee Medical Center, Mahidol University.
Design : Descriptive research.
Subjects : Six hundred and eighty one employees from every department.
Methods : Data collection consisted of three parts: demographic data (e.g. gender, age, department); physical examination results (e.g. body mass index(BMI)); blood chemistry test results(e.g. glucose, lipids, liver and renal functions). The data were retrieved from hospital information system(HIS) and analyzed as frequency and percentage.
Results : From 681, most were female (78.3%), mostly participated age range 31-40 years (44.3%). The physical examination and blood chemistry results were within normal limit: BMI in 50.8% of the study group, blood pressure (98.5%), fasting glucose (92.3%), cholesterol (59.6%), triglyceride (88.84%), SGOT (97.7%), SGPT (92.3%), BUN (98.6%) and creatinine (98.9%).
Discussion and conclusion : This study results found that more than half of the personnel subjects of Golden Jubilee Medical Center had abnormal results: BMI under criteria was 11.6% while excess BMI 37.4% ; most BPs were normal and also most blood tests except abnormal cholesterol in 40.0%.
