The objectives of this study were to study the direction for report data 43 surveilance system to study the quantitative and qualitative data and to introducing for pesticides poisoning and lead poisoning report system among health region 6th.The items in the study were case report of pesticides poisoning in ICD-10: T60.0 –60.9 and lead poisoning in ICD-10: T56.0 with principle diagnosis Y97 External cause between January 1st – 31 December 2021
The study results in Pesticides Poisoning among 4 hospitals 90 cases were 5 cases truly report ,15 cases no report but case definition, 30 cases report but not case definition and 40 cases no report but not case definition with the Positive Predictive Value was 25 percent and Sensitivity was 14.29 percent. But results in Lead Poisoning among 4 hospitals 76 cases were 11case truly report ,0 cases no report but case definition, 1 cases report but not case definition and 64 cases no report but not case definition with the Positive Predictive Value was 100 percent and Sensitivity was 91.67 percent.
The introducing from this study were driving occupational health policy in quality surveillance system, occupational health Clinical Practice Guideline (CPG.) by the way of Thailand 2019 Occupational diseases and Environmental law, the report inspection and area problems base response solutions in continuous monitoring system.
