Data were collected by group discussions and questionnaire interviews; and were analyzed by content analysis, descriptive statistic including percentage, mean and standard deviation and compared by F-test and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. As for the operation and achievement of the model, high level of participation and satisfaction were observed.
