Reattachment of a Fractured Maxillary Incisor: A Case Report - การบูรณตัวฟันตัดบนที่หักโดยการยึกชิ้นส่วนฟันที่หักกลับเข้าที่เดิม : รายงานผู้ป่วย 1 ราย
บทคัดย่อ
Uncomplicated crown fractures are frequent dental injuries, especially in young patients. Fragment reattachment is a first treatment option in that case the fragment is available. This treatment is conservative, cost-effective and restores tooth’s esthetics. A 10-year-old patient that fractured her left central incisor is presented. The crown fracture was uncomplicated, supragingivally and involved two thirds of the crown. The tooth fragment was reattached using a total-etch dentin bonding system and a hybrid resin composite. A follow-up in 8 years after treatment revealed good fragment retention. Later the tooth was restored with all ceramic crown for esthetic improvement.
