Development of Manpower Management Model in the Referral System in Dan Sai Crown Prince Hospital, Loei Province : การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดอัตรากำลังในระบบส่งต่อผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระยุพราชด่านซ้าย จังหวัดเลย
บทคัดย่อ
The purposes of this research were to develop the manpower management model in the referral system in Dansai Crown Prince Hospital and to compare opinion of nurses in the advantages of the manpower management model before and after model implementation. Fifty registered nurses who involved in the referral system were enrolled using the purposive sampling according to the inclusion criteria. The participants carried out the developed management model in the referral system. Data collection tool was the questionnaire for the advantages of manpower management model. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics; frequency, percentage, standard deviation. The comparisons of deference before and after development were analysed by t-test.
The results showed that the new manpower management model of the referral system were the adjustment of overtime manpower administration from only emergency unit to all nursing services participation together with the written assignment for nurse preparing in every shift work. The referral nurse’s name in every shift work was specified to prepare for on call immediately when the referral process happen. The opinion of nurses in the advantages of new manpower management model showed that after development the average opinion score of advantages in problems analysis, operational plan, manpower management access, saving time labor and resources, outcomes inspection of manpower management and overall aspects were statistically significant higher than before development at the level of 0.01.
