Publication Ethics
Duties of Authors
1. Authors should ensure that their work is original. Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable.
2. Authors should only include individuals who have made significant contributions to the research. All listed authors should have reviewed and approved the final version of the paper.
3. Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their research data and should present their findings honestly and transparently.
4. Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the interpretation or presentation of their research.
5. Authors should properly acknowledge and cite the works of others that have influenced their research.

8. Authors should disclose the sources of financial support or funding that have contributed to their research.
Duties of Editors
1. Editors should evaluate submitted manuscripts based on their academic merit, without any bias or discrimination.
2. Editors must ensure the confidentiality of the submitted manuscripts and not disclose any information about the manuscript or its review process, except to those directly involved in the review and publication process.
3. Editors should recuse themselves from handling manuscripts in which they have a conflict of interest, whether personal, financial, or professional. If an editor has a potential conflict of interest, they should delegate the handling of the manuscript to another qualified editor.
4. Editors should handle the review and publication process promptly and efficiently, ensuring timely communication with authors and reviewers.
5. Editors should select appropriate peer reviewers who possess the necessary expertise to evaluate the submitted manuscripts. They should ensure a fair and unbiased peer review process and provide clear guidelines to reviewers.

2. Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of the review process and not disclose any details or findings from the manuscript they are reviewing.
3. Reviewers should disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could affect their impartiality in reviewing a manuscript. If a conflict exists, they should decline the review or inform the editor.
4. Reviewers should respond to the review invitation promptly and complete the review within the agreed-upon timeline. If unable to meet the deadline, they should inform the editor in a timely manner.
5. Reviewers should provide constructive and detailed feedback to help authors improve the quality of their manuscript. They should clearly explain their comments, suggestions, and criticisms.
6. Reviewers should alert the editor if they suspect any ethical misconduct or plagiarism in the manuscript. They should not use or disclose any unpublished data or findings without the explicit consent of the authors.
7. Reviewers should assess whether the manuscript falls within their area of expertise. If they feel inadequately qualified to review a manuscript, they should inform the editor promptly.
8. Reviewers should adhere to the journal's guidelines for reviewing manuscripts and follow any specific instructions provided by the editor.
