Abstract

Patients with non-ST elevation myocardial infraction (NTEMI) and underlying disease such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, chronic kidney disease, etc., which patients with diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipids resulting in changes in blood vessel walls. It is a risk factor for myocardial infraction. In addition, smoking, stress, lack of exercise and abdominal obesity, it is also a risk factor for myocardial infraction.The purpose of this study was to comparative study; Disease mechanism, Pathophysiology, Severity of disease and nursing care for patients with non-ST elevation myocardial infraction (NTEMI) with underlying disease and comorbidities at each stage. The results of the study found that two with non-ST elevation myocardial infraction (NTEMI) and underlying disease came to the hospital with symptoms of severe chest pain and shortness of breath. The diagnosis was NSTEMI with Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Congestive heart failure, Dyslipidemia. The first patient and the second patient were treated by cardiac catheterization and received medication. Their symptoms were controlled, planning for continuous care from hospital to home and periodic follow-up appointments. Nursing care of non-ST elevation myocardial infraction (NTEMI) with underlying Disease is complicated. There are signs and symptoms that change at any time and is easily at risk of death. Nurses have duty to monitor, follow up and evaluate to cover all dimensions. It uses Gordon's care model framework to assess the patient's health status. To cover the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual aspects, including the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual aspects. according to nursing standards. To keep patient’s safety and have a good quality of life.
