Creating Learning Organization in Healthcare Organization - การสร้างองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ในองค์กรสุขภาพ
Abstract
Uncontrollable changes of economy, politics and environment force many organization to adjust themselves, especially healthcare organization, to respond to those changes. How well healthcare organization shall provide the service to the public as expected. Quick and continuous learning is an important concern which could strengthen performance of organization. This article was aimed at presenting the ways of learning organization in healthcare organization in 5 dimensions:
learning, organization, people, knowledge and technology that should be integrated. Then, an organization becomes a learning organization.
